 Boxcar Books and Vinyl, located in the historic Princess Theater building in downtown Hoopeston is Vermilion County's only independent bookstore.  Boxcar Books and Vinyl carries a large variety of new books for all ages in all genres.  If there is a book that you are looking for that they do not carry, they can order it and usually have it within a few days.  The store carries new and used vinyl records, record players, puzzles, journals, and a large variety of bookish gifts.  It is a must visit for any book or vinyl lover.  Boxcar Books hosts author signings, book clubs, poetry nights, and many fun community events.
